The Daily GlyphHere's the second edition of short audio pieces, with clips from my travels in southern Mexico and Guatemala. It includes another version of the song of San Juan, this one from the town of San Andres in 1980, and a recording in Naha of Chankin Viejo, patriarch of the Lacandones, telling the story of a monkey and jaguar hunt, also from 1980.
